Monday mornings 5.45am - Aerobic session - Cotton Tree
Monday afternoon 4.30pm - Interval training session - Mooloolaba spit.
Wednesday morning 5.45am - Aerobic session - Cotton Tree
Thursday afternoon 4:30pm - Flat water time trial - Lake Kawana
Saturday morning 7am - Fitness, Balance, Technical session - Cotton Tree - one Saturday per month will be Surf skills session
Club racing - One Saturday a month at Cotton Tree
